Foundations

Pilates Foundations

Welcome to the exciting new world of Pilates! You can expect full body focused strength training, and muscle mobility whether you are rehabilitating an injury, just beginning your fitness journey, or are looking to add on to their current fitness routine. This class will get you comfortable using the reformer, props, and accessories, while learning the basic moves and proper form you’ll need along the way. All fitness levels are welcome. No experience necessary.

Pilates I:
Beginner

Pilates I: Beginner

We strongly encourage beginning your Pilates practice with an All Levels class or a private session with one of our instructors. This allows you to get familiar with the reformer, proper form, and foundational movement so you can feel confident, supported, and comfortable as you progress into more challenging classes over time.

Pilates II:
Intermediate

Pilates II: Intermediate

Push yourself to higher limits while building strength and focus! At this level, we highly recommend a routine Pilates practice.

Pilates III:
Advanced

Pilates III: Advanced

You’ll be encouraged to push yourself to reach and surpass your body's ability to perform, challenge, and achieve. This class level requires a high-level of Pilates experience and a knowledgeable understanding of the equipment. We also recommend injury-free participation.

Pilates
Jumpboard

Pilates Jumpboard

Fly on the reformer with the Jumpboard! You’ll kick your Pilates routine up a notch with cardio, stamina, and control challenges while your body suspends in space. This class is not recommended for those with lower back limitations or while pregnant.

Power
Pilates

Power Pilates

This high-energy Pilates class combines heavy resistance and strength training intervals with mindful Pilates form and flow. Expect minimal rest, continuous movement, and a challenge that pushes your strength and endurance. Prior Pilates reformer experience is recommended. Not suitable for those with injuries or during pregnancy. All levels welcome.

Pilates Unwind:
Stretch + Mobility

Pilates Unwind: Stretch + Mobility

Slow down, relax, and rejuvenate in a dimly lit studio to calm the mind and attend to the spirit. This class is a fusion of mindfulness and flexible movement that focuses on deep, proper breathing, controlled stretch, and mobility flows. Improve your posture and range of motion while building mind-body awareness.
