CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
INTRO TO PILATES
Welcome to the exciting new world of Pilates! You can expect full body focused strength training, and muscle mobility whether you are rehabilitating an injury, just beginning your fitness journey, or are looking to add on to your current fitness routine. This class will get you comfortable using the reformer, props, and pilates accessories, while learning the basic moves and proper form you’ll need along the way. All fitness levels are welcome. No Pilates experience necessary.
PILATES I : BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE
This pilates class incorporates challenging resistance levels as well as increased core control through routines that build balance and stability. A basic understanding of the Pilates reformer is recommended.
PILATES II : INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
Reach beyond your limits while building strength and focus! At this level, a regular Pilates routine is highly recommended.
PILATES III : ADVANCED
Push the limits of your body, challenge your ability, and achieve your fitness goals. This class level requires a high-level of Pilates experience and a thorough knowledge of terms and equipment. If you are currently rehabilitating an injury, we recommend a lower level class.
JUMPBOARD I
Fly on the reformer with Jumpboard Pilates classes! Kick your Pilates routine up a notch with high intensity cardio, stamina, and control challenges while your body suspends in space. This class is not recommended if you are pregnant or experiencing lower back limitations.
JUMPBOARD II
This FITT inspired class takes the gym into the Pilates studio by incorporating the reformer and the jumpboard with an emphasis on a heavy fitness flow. Expect to breathe hard, sweat harder, and power your body through intense and focused training intervals. This class is not recommended if you are pregnant or experiencing lower back limitations.
POWER PILATES
This high-energy Pilates class combines heavy resistance and strength training intervals with a focus on mindful Pilates form and flow. Expect minimal rest, continuous movement, and a challenge that pushes your strength and endurance. Prior Pilates reformer experience is recommended. Not suitable for those with injuries or during pregnancy. All levels welcome.

Requirements for all classes
• For your safety and the courtesy of all clients, please arrive ON TIME to your scheduled class or appointment.
If you arrive after 5 minutes of the scheduled class or appointment start time, you forfeit your class and your slot will be offered to the next client on our Waitlist.
Refunds may not be offered.
• We have a 12 hour cancellation policy for all clients. Please refer to the dr pilates waiver for more details.
• All clients must wear Toesox or other pilates grip socks.
• If you are pregnant, you must provide a doctor’s note prior to or at the time of taking class. We reserve the right to cancel a booked class without proper documentation.
